RENOVATION

Renovation of the Orpheum Lofts will involve full remodeling in order to convert the upper floors into 90 residential condominium units. All existing interior partition walls will be removed to accommodate the new residential floor plans. The ground floor spaces will be restored for retail use with new lighting, refurbished elevators, wiring for hi-speed data/voice communication, satellite dish and cable capabilities. The exterior renovation will include wide landscaped sidewalks and exciting new landscape architecture.

The exterior brick masonry, granite and terracotta are in excellent condition. The exterior will be thoroughly cleaned and restored where necessary to enhance its original beauty.

The façade and front bay of the annex will be retained with the balance of the annex site accommodating new tenant access and additional building and tenant services.
