ORPHEUM LOFTS SELLS THE VALUE OF URBAN LIVING IN RECORD MONTH

PHOENIX (June 23, 2003) – Orpheum Lofts reports record sales of 16 units in the last month, demonstrating the high demand for loft living in downtown Phoenix.

Orpheum Lofts is the first vertical, master-planned community to hit downtown’s historic district of Copper Square. The Art Deco mid-rise is nearly 40 percent sold as of mid-June.
