ORPHEUM EMPORIUM SHOPS AROUND FOR TENANTS

PHOENIX (May 27, 2003) – Orpheum Lofts, Phoenix’s first vertical master planned community, announces it is now leasing 10,000 square feet of retail space inside its Orpheum Emporium, which is located on the first level of the timeless loft development.

Orpheum Emporium is the newest addition to the historic renovation project by Denver based developer TASB, LLC.
