ORPHEUM EMPORIUM SHOPS AROUND FOR TENANTS
TO FILL ECLECTIC RETAIL SPACE BELOW HISTORIC ORPHEUM LOFTS

PHOENIX (May 27, 2003) – Orpheum Lofts, Phoenix’s first vertical master planned community, announces it is now leasing 10,000 square feet of retail space inside its Orpheum Emporium, which is located on the first level of the timeless loft development.

Orpheum Emporium is the newest addition to the historic renovation project by Denver based developer TASB, LLC. The retail project aims to host an eclectic blend of upscale street level retail shops including an elegant wine bar, specialty market, coffee shop and a neighborhood sandwich shop with a twist as well as other fine retailers.

In the heart of Copper Square, Orpheum Lofts’ art-deco building, which is being constructed from the 1931 historical landmark formerly known as the Phoenix Title and Trust Building, offers the perfect atmosphere for the half-block of urban shops. The downtown location grants access to nine million annual visitors and more than 30,000 downtown employees.

In addition to the fabulous retail space, Orpheum Emporium gives residents the opportunity to enjoy the live/work lifestyle reminiscent of Manhattan in the 1950s. Whether Phoenicians want to lease space for a day spa or simply walk to work, Orpheum Lofts caters to the on-the-go lifestyle.
